It’s not a solution that Westpac could have developed organically in such a short time period, but is a great value add service and solves a real pain point for medical practices. It relies on the deep expertise of medical services and practice operation insights of Surgical Partners. Westpac and Surgical Partners have agreed to jointly distribute the solution to Westpac’s healthcare customers and the bank will be able to tap into the knowledge, insights, and innovation being driven from within Surgical Partners. This is just one of many partnerships where an entrepreneurial small business and a large enterprise need each other.
